Drop makes 3 lines of custom keyboards for people who want something ready made instead of having to build one themselves. It’s a great way to get started in custom keyboard building, but the Drop website doesn’t highlight this collection at all, so it’s hard to know what it’s about. Here’s the quick version:

The “Icon” ready-made collection includes:

  • Expression line (basic)
  • Signature line (everything upgraded)
  • Paragon line (best of the best)

This review of the Moon Shot keyboard is Paragon level with some of the best components. It has a cool retro & arctic look to it and uses a hot swappable frame infused with:

  • the highly coveted Holy Panda switches (hand lubed)
  • MiTo designed SA profile keycaps
  • custom Gateron stabilizers
  • dampening materials for solid keystrokes & minimized reverb
  • RGB lighting
