The Hyper Yoyo Accel is an advanced yoyo by Bandai that spins really fast (looks like ball bearings are used). The two discs sandwiching the string rotate independently too. Easier to do tricks, we are told.

I was never good with yoyos, but even I got the hang of it after playing around with them at their booth.
