Frogtape’s green painters tape is a medium adhesion masking tape with “paint-block” technology for clean paint lines. No more leaks or bleeding.

The technology involves a coating on the tape’s edge that absorbs liquid (in this case, the paint). So instead of (excess) paint sneaking itself under the tape, it gets absorbed before that happens.

We reckon this absorption tech also helps prevent edge chipping. If the drying time on the tape is different from that of the painted wall, it should “force” the separation between the two surfaces as it dries.
