Razor is going all-in on LED lights with its scooters, boards and other rides. New this year for seated rides is an adult version of the award-winning Crazy Cart Shuffle (the Max), a young kid’s version of the RipRider 360 Lightshow (the Mini) and the new Lightwave for toddlers featuring 20 different light show options.
New in standing boards is the self-balancing Hovertrax Alien with front lights, plus the manual Ripstick Air Pro (preferred by Razor RipStik team riders) that will now be available for everyday consumers.
On manual kick scooters, there’s the classic A5 kick-scooter in pastel color variants and the Sonic Zoom that makes clicking noise as you move (reminiscent of playing cards against wheel spokes – can be turned on or off).
The thing to really catch my interest is Razor’s prototype pogo stick. It displays bars of falling light every time you jump and also has a counter on the handle. Loads of fun to see who’ll have the highest jumping record.
